Making a Reservation

When a site is booked, the first night will be charged to your card and the balance will be charged at check-in.

Lock Fee:

The software will automatically optimize free space - in order to do this, it may have to move people around.  If you do not want to be moved, there is a $10 lock fee.  This is a one time fee for the whole reservation.  You will only be moved to a "like" site - exactly like the site you booked.  You will never be moved to a smaller site.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations - Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival receive no refund. No shows and same-day cancellations receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations - Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival will forfeit the $200 deposit. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
